Casa Patricia is a delightful contemporary three bedroom luxury villa with private pool, located close to the centre of Carvoeiro.
Featuring high specification modern interiors throughout, electric blinds, air conditioning and wi-fi internet connection.
The space
Large open plan air conditioned living/dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace with sea views. Large TV with cable channels, DVD player and wi-fi internet. Dining area with table for 8 persons, open plan to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality electric appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, electric hobs, extractor, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes and bedroom two is a double bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and doors to the terrace. These two bedrooms share the adjacent family bathroom with bath and shower over.
The master double suite is on the first floor of the villa and is complete with a double bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, safety deposit box, doors to the first floor terrace with sea views and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, bath and hydro-massage shower.
Electric gates lead to the entrance driveway and brick built charcoal BBQ. Patio doors from the open plan living room lead to the raised terrace with dining table. Steps lead down to the poolside terrace with 6 sunloungers, and the steps are protected by a gate. The private pool measures approximately 9 metres x 4 metres.
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly).The villa has a hairdryer for clients use.
