Luxury Villa situated in the popular Vale de Milho area of Carvoeiro, within walking distance of stunning beach and town. The Villa has a large private heated pool (10m x 5m) extra cost for heating the pool £200 per week with sunny terraces accessed from all 3 bedrooms and lounge, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Ocean views are available from all levels. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and separate shower. The second double and twin room share a bathroom also with double vanity unit, bath and separate shower. There is a 42"TV in the lounge equipped with an IPTV system offering many UK and international channels. Beside the lounge is a snug area where you can relax in the cooler winter evenings and enjoy the log fire. Off the lounge is the dining area with a table that seats 6 comfortably. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, filter coffee and a Delta capsule coffee machine. All bedrooms and lounge areas have Air-Conditioning. A Washing machine is available for guest use in the outside laundry area. There are 2 barbeque areas, one by pool and one in the inner courtyard leading from the dining room to the roof terrace. The villa also benefits from fast fibre Wi-Fi.
Casa Linda is conveniently located within 3-15 minutes drive of some of the most beautiful beaches and coves Europe, these include Praia Centianes (just a 10 minute walk), Praia Caneiros, Algar Seco, Praia Grande and Praia de Marinha. For families, there are many activities to enjoy. These include the water Parks, Slide and Splash and Aqualand, Crazy World (mini-golf/zoo) and the Zoomarine Sea Life centre with rides and live shows, where you can also swim with the dolphins. There are boat trips taking in the caves and the spectacular coastline of the Algarve. Further afield you can drive to Silves castle, the mountains of Monchique, or head for the spectacular West Algarve coast with its Atlantic rollers. There is also great shopping in Guia or Portimão.
