Description
Vivenda dos Arcos is a completely renovated, traditional three bedroom villa with a private pool, heatable for a supplemental charge, situated in the welcoming and picturesque town of Carvoeiro and only a short distance to the beautiful Praia do Carvoeiro beach and a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Air conditioning and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.
The space
The open plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen are modern and bright and are complete with two comfy sofas which can be converted into an extra single or double bed, a dining table with seating for six people, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix etc).
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and four stools, an American fridge freezer, extractor, toaster, kettle, electric oven and grill, and four ring electric hob. Patio doors open onto the garden. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available.
This villa sleeps a maximum of 7 persons, either by using the main three bedrooms that sleep 6 plus one extra person on the single living room sofa bed. Bedroom one has single bunk beds, split unit air conditioning, hanging hooks, chest of drawers & trunk. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, hanging hooks, chest of drawers and trunk. Both bedrooms one and two share the separate family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three is the master double room with large fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the terrace.
The patio off the kitchen has a table with seating for six people and a gas BBQ. Steps close to the front door lead up to the roof terrace with fabulous sea views, a charcoal BBQ & a food preparation area with a sink, a large marble dining table with seating for eight people, two parasols for shade, and comfy outside sofas and chairs to relax and read a good book. The pool measures approximately 6m x 3.5m and is surrounded by mature plants and shrubs, it can be heated for a supplemental charge. There is a further dining table and seating for six people and six sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine.

Casa Maricel is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, next to Carvoeiro Beach, where you will find excellent restaurants, supermarkets, bars, banks, shops for all tastes and a wonderful golden sand beach. This house is perfect for spending a family holiday, to enjoy all the conforts of home life. The space Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including gas hobs; oven; filter coffee maker; microwave; fridge freezer and juicer. Washing machine in the garage. Safe available for guests to use. The living/dining room is complete with a big sreen TV with cable channels and dining table for 6 persons. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has 2 twin beds and this room uses the shower room across the hallway. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.90 x 1.40 metres) and use a bathroom.
