Apartment Maresia is located in a quiet area, just 5-10 min walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, the beach and all the local shops. This apartment is located in a private condominium (Monte Carvoeiro) and has access to its spacious swimming pool. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, an open space living room for the kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds (guests can choose the same one made in a double bed, or in a single bed together). The living room is equipped with a fireplace, which makes this apartment comfortable in summer and winter. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning units (for hot and cold). In front of the living room there is a large terrace with a dining table, barbecue and sun loungers to relax or soak up the sun. Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment and shared use of the swimming pool.

A bedroom with double bed and another room with 2 single beds, both with air conditioning and with large windows that give access to a balcony equipped with chairs and table and overlooking the main street. It has two bathrooms. One complete with a walk-in shower and another one with lavatory and toilet only, both recently renovated. On the other side of the apartment they find a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a living room with glass doors that gives access to a very spacious balcony. This is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals and BBQ. The apartment is located in a very pleasant and dynamic area, in a street with several restaurants, cafés and bars. The whole house is equipped with windows and doors with soundproofing. It is close to several beaches that deserve a visit such as Praia do Carvalho, Praia de Vale Centianes, Praia da Albandeira, Praia da Marinha or Praia de Benagil. It is possible to park for free on the street where the apartment is located. The pedestrian trail of the seven hanging valleys is easy to access and gives you the opportunity to see part of the region's amazing coastline. There are several excellent golf courses only five minutes by car. For children, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are ten and twenty minutes by car respectively. This apartment, facing its very central location, does not require guests to have a car to explore the area. Small, non-hazardous animals, accustomed to living indoors with their owners, are welcome in this accommodation. However, note that balconies cannot be used for your bathroom needs.
